My little dog and I are so grateful for Ardit's guidance in helping us in find the perfect apartment. Ardit was has very helpful, responsive and made himself available  every step of the way. He really listened to my wants and needs when it came to providing suitable options that were within my budget and taste instead of giving me a ton of options that were not a fit. Even with the fast and competitive renters market, we were able to find a great apartment that was modern, spacious, near my job, dog friendly and in a safe and social neighborhood. I've been in the same unit for the past 2 years and Ardit still checks in from time to time and invite me to AT property events like last year's christmas party.

I was introduced to Bobby & Ardit at a summer event and it was pretty serendipitous, because I had just decided to start the search for my first home. I was very nervous and had so many questions. I hadn't even nailed down a neighborhood, as I had just moved to Chicago a year prior.
